At , we want you to love what you wear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and exchange process.

Exchange products are shipped & delivered within 2 business days of the original item being picked up.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the item back and QC clearing it. QC clearance is done within 1 business day of receiving the returned item. Refund will be credited Within 5-7 Business Days to the original source of payment.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Items purchased under Final Sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized or altered items are non-returnable.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Go to the Returns & Exchange section on apresbath.com or use the Return Prime portal.
- Enter your order number and registered email/phone number.
- Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and select a reason.
- We will schedule a free pickup (exceptions apply; see below).

3. Exchange Policy
- You may exchange an item for a different size*or another product of equal value. Any value payable either by customer to Apres Bath or Apres Bath to customer will have to be settled.

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method or via UPI transfer.
- Shipping charges charged, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions & Special Cases
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- Apres Bath reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
